72. Over-apologizing? How to recognize you're doing it and how to stop it to relieve your anxiety.

I’m sorry.  It’s so easy to say, isn’t it?  But -is it serving you - or those around you?  Or is it simply exacerbating problems for you, causing you to be more overwhelmed and anxious?
