71. 3 Ways You Can Offer Grace to Yourself to Help Relieve Anxiety

You know grace when you see it, right?  That person who exudes grace as they enter a room or speak - she’s got it!  And you offer grace to others all the time, don’t you sweet high achiever?  No worries, you can take on a little more, wait a little longer, make do with what you’ve been given.  

 

However, did you know, that you can offer grace to yourself?  Best of all - you can do it RIGHT NOW.  And - it’ll likely help you to feel better right away.  In this episode, I’ll share three ways you can give yourself grace, so you can feel better soon.
