65. A tool for anxiety and overwhelm, affirmations for the anxious
There are so many tools available to us to help us with our anxiety. You know about most of them, but are you actually USING them? Affirmations are a simple, effective tool you can use to help you with your anxiety. In this episode, we’ll discuss some simple affirmations I use that help me, and how you can choose and use affirmations just for yourself.
