63. A sleep talkdown helping you to relax, let go of stress, tension, and anxiety and go to sleep

Sleep can be a challenge, especially for high achievers who struggle with anxiety.  We all know that good sleep hygiene is important, but it can still be a struggle.  In this episode, I’ll share a sleep talkdown that I use for myself that you can use to help you fall asleep.
