49. A simple tool you can use to get out of overwhelm, get moving, and lessen your struggle with anxiety for busy working women

Are you overwhelmed?  Do you find yourself overthinking a problem you’re facing?  Are you anxious about a particular situation?  Do you wish you could get moving on a specific project or task?
