114. Planning and preparing to avoid and get through overthinking for anxious high achievers.

Sweet soul,

 

Overthinking can plague you as a high achiever.  I know how hard it can be!  But in this series, we’ve worked through how to identify when, where, and how overthinking is coming up for you, so you can identify patterns of overthinking.  Our next step is to identify one small step you can take to plan and prepare in advance to get through overthinking the next time it comes up for you, or avoid it altogether.  I can’t wait to dive into this episode with you to teach you how to do this.
