Overthinking can be so hard on us, can’t it, anxious high achiever?  That’s why, I want you to take an honest, tough look at overthinking in your life, so that you can move through it.  And I’m here to help! Last week’s episode had you taking a look at where and how overthinking shows up for you in your life.  In this episode, I’m going to teach you how to track data on where and how overthinking is showing up for you day to day, so that you can continue to learn to move through it.
