102. Safe help and vulnerability are the next steps in getting through overwhelm, for high achievers with anxiety.

Sweet, sweet high achiever, 

 

We are continuing the series on overwhelm.  And, girl, you are growing every week!  You’re growing your capacity to overcome overwhelm, and I’m so proud of you!!  

 

Let’s keep going. 

 

Make sure you’ve listened to episodes 96, 97, 98, 99, and 101.

 

Finding safe help AND being vulnerable are next steps, sweet soul.  I KNOW those two things might be hard for you, but don’t worry, because I’ve got your back.

 

Overwhelm can be hard for anyone, but if you’re a high achiever, it can be extra-hard.  I mean, come on, you’re a high achiever!  But don’t worry, because I’ll continue to help you with the next steps in getting through that overwhelm.

 

I’m excited to dive in and share this strategy with you so that you can be on your way to finding relief from overwhelm, sweet soul.
